Each work is signed & dated on the front of the painting with title, artist & medium hand painted on the back, a letter of authenticity including artwork history is applicable & included to ensure your investment & a care sheet for you to maintain its integrity. These will arrive with your artwork.
We want you to be completele happy with your new original artwork or limited edition print, so of course you can return it for a refund or replacement. You must do so within seven days of reciept of your Artwork or print. The item must be received by us in the same good, new condition they were received in & returned in the same undamaged packaging & package well for there safe arrival to us.

Please contact us straight away with your intent to return or replace so we can advise! on the appropriate return shipping method for your artwork or replacement options. Return shipping is at your expence & these guidlines must be adhered to as Original art & limited edition prints are a one of a kind item. On receipt of the returned artwork or print your refund will be made with in 3-5 days.
All artworks are package extremely well for their safe trip to you & are shipped with insurance & tracking. Plenty of bubble wrap & padders are used along with die cut double skin boxes. We want to protect your investment.

Works packaged under 105cm will be shipped via Australia post. Larger works over this size will be shipped via courier. We have an excellent shipping history.

In the rare event that your Original Artwork or Limited Edition Print arrives damaged, we have you covered. Take Photos & contact us straight away so we can organise the approperate action! As each Artwork is an original it is impossible to reproduce another, we can however repair it or replace it with another artwork or print, or a full refund will be made within 7 business days of reciept of the damaged peice. You will need to return the damaged peice back to us either way at our expence, you can use the original packaging.

We will cover the cost of return shipping & organise a courier for large works over 105cm. We will reimburse you for smaller works shipping through Australia Post so keep your receipt & send it through. We do all we can to prevent this from happening but sometimes life happens & know we are here to help & protect your investment. For your information in the shipping of hundreds of artworks over the years only once has this happen.
